Cooking Gig Advice Please

Okay I just got a call on a cooking gig and need some advice. It will be at a small festival like deal thingy for a fund raiser and should serve around a little over 100 people. I am volunteering my services as the head pit master. I was also told I can pick out the menu with a minimal cost so they can profit as much as they can. So my question is what to smoke? I was thinking some pulled pork sammies and some chicken, what do you all think? And how much would you buy without going over board and without running out to early?
