This weekend I made a fatty stuffed with roti. The dough was good but the charcoal has given a nasty taste.

I don't really like breads done in coal fired ovens. I'm not a fan of the taste. I think you can put pizza on that list too.

That looks great. I suspect you put the loaf on before your fire was ready, hence the charcoal taste. I think that's worth another shot.
