Wings are cheap and have taken the top spot for a snack food. My favorite, not only because they are dark meat but because the percentage of meat to bone is easy to work with.

I prefer thighs but cook more wings due to the wife.

Thighs, then legs. The white meat goes in soup and the wings go into a pot with the carcass to make stock.
