Pale Ale Garlic Dill Potatoes

Okay here I go again with another side dish (keep in mind I am sans smoker at the moment waiting for a replacement) Anyhow so we are doing 6 fresh live lobsters tonight and all I was asked to bring was potatoes.

Here is what I came up with:

2 Bags Small Red Potatoes Par Cooked In Water, 1 bottle of pale ale, 2 tbs old bay seasoning, salt to taste and onion in the water.

Removed from water and cut into wedges, then pan cooked in 1 stick of salted butter, 8 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbs old bay, pepper to taste, 2 tbs finely chopped dill, 6 oz pale ale

What do you guys think?

sounds good to me...maybe throw in a little rosemary! mmmmmm good!
 
They were a big hit at the lobster bake. People loved them. I forgot to mention I through in some celery salt as well.
