That is a relatively simple problem to fix... All you have to do is figure out who you should PM your complete real name, name you want on the certificate, email address and certification proof to.

I have read the rules, and have purchased premade beef meatballs, however, I noticed on the package that they also contain "TVP" as an ingredient. The only "meat" is beef however, with the standard other filler and binder ingredients. Is the TVP a killer? I could not find a reference and it's not ACTUALLY tofu...
