So i had a lot of unsliced brisket leftover. I put the chunk in a freezer bag and froze it. How should I reheat it?

The best way to freeze meat is in a vacuum sealed bag, like a Foodsaver bag. The meat frozen without any air.

When it is time to defrost it, you thoroughly defrost it in the vacuum sealed bag before opening the bag. After that, you can foil it and heat it in the oven.

Fattier meats can even be re-heated in the microwave, IMO.

I vacuum seal mine and freeze mine. When I am ready to eat it I put the (1 Lb) package in a pot of boiling water for about 10-15 minutes. I comes out just like it was before freezing it.
