i havent. your imagination is the limit sir. stuff it and find out!

im SURE people have put hot peppers/jalapenos in them before. sounds good to me. as for cream cheese, that would work fine, im sure someone has tried it. just make sure you seal that bad boy up good or all that craem cheese will come flowin out. i usually use harder cheeses so even when they melt down they are thicker and more gooey so not as much leaks out even if there is a blow out.

go for it and let us know!

Great idea. I did that on my first fatty, I had pics posted on here somewhere but can't find them. I took two long peppers and stuffed them fully and placed the open end to open end, it was one long delicious cream cheese stuffed fatty. I smoked it for about 1.5 hours at 250 and it didn't melt through or leak out.

I did one with some roasted poblanos and anaheims, but now that you mention it, I might like to do one with some cream cheese also :)

Sounds like a winning combination to me, can't wait to see how it turns out.

When I did my cream cheese and jalapeno fatty, I just put slices of cream cheese from end to end and then I topped the cream cheese with jalapeno slices. This was really easy and tasted great.

Refried beans is an awesome addition.
Like others said let your imagination run wild and enjoy.
Personaly I like a plain fatty rubbed and eaten on a smoked biscut. The kind that comes in those foil/cardboard tins.

I need to change up my fattie recipe. Cheese, onions and peppers is getting pretty boring. I have been making some Italian sausage ones with mozarella peppers onions and pepperoni but that too is getting boring. Maybe I need to just go straight out to left field and try apple pie filling. With cayenne. Maybe actually do the bacon basketweave for fun...

When I DO stuff a fatty, I usually stuff with cream cheese, but with mushrooms, garlic and red peppers. I'm sure that the jalepenos will go great with the cream cheese though!

Try it out and post pics!

Pretty much anything goes when it comes to a fatty. There was a fatty TD last year and on my first attempt I had so many ideas that I did them all as you can see here . It was fun and they were really good, but I had so much that I brought all the leftovers to work and the girls devoured them!

Try it next time with a V-8. It was a favorite meal of the late great kcquer.
