Just some Spares

These were from recent cookout...

For an added layer of flavor, I brushed the spareribs with bacon drippings..

sprinkled with Harley's dry rub and into my horizontal wood burner with a bit of hickory....

when they had the pullback I wanted I slathered them in sauce..then let the sauce glaze..

They were tasty...
