This weekends pulled pork (pics)

Oh it was so good. I'm alittle hesitant on brisket thou. Ribs and pork are turning out better every time. But I would hate to screw up a big piece of beef. I know you can not use the same method as pork. Will read up more on brisket using the search. Thanks guys, this place is awesome.
