Bob from Gwatney (competition team). He's the best cooker I've ever seen.

My competition daze are probably behind me now; I pretty much cook for family, friends, and frankly the peace and solitude I get from smokin' on an offset...
Was Lang 84DX, now Bubba Grills 250R and many Weber grills

My Old Country Brazos offset is probably my favorite because stickburners say classic Texas BBQ to me and I enjoy sitting out on the patio and fussin' with the fire every couple of hours.

My UDS for BBQ. Raise the fire pit in the UDS then it is a grill.

Of the ones in my sig (that I personally own) I'd have to go with the SSUDS.

Of all the cookers that I currently have regular access and cook on, I love Dan's BGE, but Jimmy's Jambo is pretty much the ultimate cooking machine.
