Chicken Wing Brands?
What brand chicken wings do you thinks best? I generally get Tyson since that's the brand Sams sells. I go to wal mart and I see Purdue brand of every chicken part but wings. The only wing brand they had was Sanderson Farms. They seemed alright but was just curious as to opinions on what brand is best. Food Lion, a local grocery store use to sell Purdue but now just has their name on the package. No brand name. One thing I notice about Sanderson Farms and Tyson is that they have a yellow tint to them. Not sure what that is. The Purdue look like they were a natural white color when I could find them.

I usually just buy the store brand wings, Publix or Kroger here in GA. I never see Purdue wings either. My local butcher doesn't carry poultry unfortunately. They work out pretty well as long as I've got a few hours to soak the marinade in!
