All was cooked outside with a burner and pot. I used old bay as my seasoning in the water and directly on the food once done. Easy peasey!

We do these several times a year. Back home in the Carolina's it has several names (dependent upon the region) Low Country Boil & Frogmore Stew are the two most popular names in our area for this wonderful dish. Mandatory Ingredients: Potatoes Onions Corn (on the cob) Sausage Seafood (see list below) Optional Ingredients: Shrimp Crab legs Oysters Clams/Mussels
