Please use the second picture as my entry for the Finger Foods Throwdown.

I smoked a brisket in the drum yesterday.
There was some room left so I decided to throw some pork loin chops on there as well.

This afternoon I got to thinking that a sammich is the perfect finger food. Sooooooo.................

Last picture is official photo entry. Did some ribs on the Weber kettle with slow n sear. Lump charcoal with some cherry wood. First time using creekstone farm ribs. Was very impressed with the pork.

Used some maple syrup for the first time on ribs and will do that again.

G'Day Bruces! :becky:

The last week or so, fingerfood is all I've been doing. I got my new flat top in my Man Cave. I got a fridge and deep freeze in here too. A stereo. A TV. All my tools. 3 PC's to work with. LOTS of booze. All my spices and condiments and everything I need except a camp bed. With 8 people in the house it's no surprise at this time I just stay out here.

Here's my flat top:

Some ingredients... including some previously done roast pork.

This one with some marinated skewered beef heart:

Frying up a few bits of pork in the flat top: With a slug! :heh: Nothing like a slug of Scotch and a Lettuce Wrap.. repeat!

This looks pretty good.

Another night I did some brisket I pulled out of the freezer.

Same treatment:

Also some cheeze kransky's I needed to eat.

Don't forget HOT English mustard on Brisket fellas:

Would you like one of these? I said to myself? Yes thank you! I don't mind if I do.

Is this a good entry shot? Maybe. It gets hazy after that.

Cheers!

Going to do some sausages and zucchini rounds tonight, seasoned with some Yard Bird and some cheese on top. Not sure if this will make it into the TD, but what the hell.

Cheers and Thanks for looking.

Thanks for looking. Fried up zucchini is bloody fantastic BTW. Get into it!

Found some cubed deer meat in freezer, marinated in Italian dressing Worcester, and soy sauce. Diced up half a stick of conechuh, browned drained mixed with cream cheese and some diced jalepnos. Next time conechuh is going in food processor. Grilled the rest and shrimp is just the traditional bbq shrimp recipe. Conechuh Cream cheese does not suck lol everything got dipped in the bbq butter while eating. Please use 2nd pic as entry.
