I was lucky enough to pick up a 5.5# flat from SAMs for $2.48/#
I've only done one flat before and I pulled it early cause I got scared. Time to give her hell again. No injection just a lil rub and some smoke.

My first go of it today as well. Only problem is I picked up a monster 18lb brisket!

Started it last night and waiting for it to tell me it's ready!
