If it's still in the original cryovac, you can go much much longer.

Oops, my bad. I thought he asked how long they can be reefered AFTER cooking. Prior to cooking, if exposed to air, 3 days is pretty much the limit. As mentioned above though, packed in cryo it can last a lot longer.
