Oooo, I didn't really notice any in the photo, but if one exists, that would be lovely in the throwdown. Actually, the other contest is "stuffed" and that sure looks stuffed to me.

And I thought I was being all clever by making these before....didn't use the ladle method though, just kinda formed them into balls.
We call 'em "Cock Bombs".

I lit up almost half of a Weber chimney starter and cooked them indirect for almost an hour. I didn't pay much attention to the temp but it was around 325-350. I pulled them when my thermapen said the chicken was done.
