This is the third time I've smoked on this UDS I built.....I love it more and more.
Here is the addition of the intake ball valves.....and it made it much easier to control the heat. With the first 2 smokes I only used magnets for the intake control.
Also some Pr0n for the multitudes.......the ribs were perfectly tender and my wife likes my rub.....so I guess I'm set for future smokes.
