Default Wow this saw makes it easy

To cut some oak pieces that are about 6 in in diameter. Ive had the oak in the back yard for some years not able to use it because they were too big to use in my grill. I cut the wood down to about 3 in chunks.I think this is a great saw good price, I hope the quality is there to last. I will post some pictures when I can.

In the end it will be okay.
And if it's not okay, it's not the end.

I use my sawzall with the tree pruning blade. Just be careful if you use it, it's brutally sharp.

Agreed about holding the wood need to be careful. Yeah I could have bought a saws all but just need something for around the house that was inexpensive and easy to use.

We used one of these splitting chunks of firewood for our deer blinds up at deer camp this fall. Works like a champ and no electricity required. I would recommend this to anybody.

I bought a JawSaw to use for trimming back a bunch of Laurel bushes around the yard.

Handled everything I threw at it up to 4", anything larger I have a 20" chainsaw. Use a Shopsmith with a bandsaw to cut lengths into smoker chunks.

The Alligator Lopper is another option you might consider.
