First attempt at Vertical "Lil Chubby"

Any ideas as to how large the exhaust should be? Is the fire box too big maybe? I would like to be able to get up around 350 degrees but not likely at this time.
 
That is really coming along and looking great.


Looking forward to seeing some great bbq in that beast.
