We had a couple of people over for a Canada Day BBQ. I did a couple of racks of spares St. Louis style as well as the breast bone and a couple of 3 rib portions of beef ribs. Rounding out the meal were some famous Hog Apple beans, and some corn that was cooked in the smoker. For starters I did some ABTs and MOINKs.

I didn't get any photos of the ribs pre-smoke. I put them on before my morning coffee and my caffeine no function brain before.:icon_sleepy

Here are some MOINKS and ABTs ready for the cooker:

And here they are after about 3.5 hrs in the smoke:

VERY nice spread!!! :clap2: Everything looks just awesome!!

Happy Canada Day!!

Those things all look beautiful. NOOB Question... I know what a fatty is, I know what MOINK balls are, but what is an ABT? Looks like bacon cheese and a pepper? Can't make the acronym fit...

ABT is Atomic Buffalo Turd. There are infinite variations, but the standard is a jalapeno filled with cream cheese anda lil smoky sausage. Then wrap the whole thing with bacon and sprinkle with a rub. They are very addictive.
