Default Mmmm Brisket

Well, left over brisket from yesterday's cook. I needed a sammich today, and brisket was the only thing that would satisfy.

Thanks for looking!

That looks farking fantastic. I did my first brisket last week. It was only a half of a flat but it turned out great. The best part was making samiches. I used Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls and some horseradish sauce. Damn they were good.
