I will be in Boulder in the week of the 10th for my work.
Which (bbq)places do you recommend?
I'm from Europe and want to check the brisket/short rib if possible.

I get to Boulder once per year in the fall. The company I work for there has a picnic and serves Brother's BBQ. It's decent, but I can't even tell you where it is as it's always at the picnic. When I go, I stop at Moe's BBQ. It's a chain with a few restaurants, but the BBQ is quite good. I would recommend them first. There are a number of good restaurants in Boulder and you can get some very good Mexican food. I always try to get to Efrain's II, which is on the east side. The Mexican food reminds me of what I used to get when I was growing up. For instance, the chimichanga's and burros do not have rice and beans in them and they're not all trussed up. It is very popular. They also have great margaritas. I had a business meeting there one afternoon. We met for lunch and continued drinking until dinner time. I was pretty sloshed when it was time to leave.

Thanks, visites totdat and the brisket was really great! Ribs were good but nog to me liking.
