Great post and fantastic looking food. I second gtr's thought that we gotta get Phil out to SoCal. The bash is next month, and then there is the opening of Neil's restaurant coming soon.

Phil is a great cook! Had his sausage & peppers at the Royal a few years ago and it still haunts me... I think about that dish all the time. Seriously.
