Just got my ribolator delivered Monday and had to try it out.
BTW, Thanks for the call Bob.
Thought I had more tilapia filets than what I did so I filled the other 2 trays with wings.

Brined the wings in a crab boil solution for ~2-3 hrs and added Montreal Chicken to them. The grand kids loved 'em!
Melted butter, Old Bay, lemon pepper & creole seasoning on the fish.
I ate those!!

I have a kit in the shed, its been there for over 12 months.
Guess I am lazy.
Let me know how easy it is to clean please.
I am using a cake rack at the moment in the Weber to add more.

Clean-up was a snap.
I sprayed the cooking surfaces real good with canola oil before placing the wings and fish on them.
Soap, hot water & a Scotch-brite pad and they look brand new!

The Ribolator is cool! I really like mine. I was surprised at how easily the racks clean.

I did learn, however, that if you're going to try to do a bunch of MOINKs on 'em, make good and sure you're on a very level surface - don't ask me how I know this.

Hey Colin glad you liked it, if you get a chance on your next cook post some pics. And Titch, get yours out of the shed and start rib-o-laten, or at least use it for a door stop or planter.

you guys ever have problem with shelves flipping when you do ribs?

I will be 2-3 hrs into a cook and go out to check and find a slab laying in bottom cause shelf flipped. I cut all my ribs 5" wide and 17" long to make sure they fit.
