It is hot and muggy here... but I told my friend that if he supplies the COLD beer.. I will supply the food.
Good trade.. as I plan on keeping cool by drinking a lot of em!

Took this recipe out of one of Raichlen's books. Looking forward to trying it out.
Will do a cook thread update either tonight or tomorrow. Depending on how many of those beers we have!

Yeah that's a good trade indeed! Looks good brother.

I love doing a coffee crust. First one I tried was in fact his. I didn't like the sauce he paired with it, but the tenderloin was awesome. It even ate good cold the next day.
 
Pork or beef tenderloin? Either way the rub sounds good! If it's beef, save a little blue cheese for the tenderloin.
 
I did coffee crusted pork loins about 2 weeks ago, and they were the best pork loins I had ever had! My company was very impressed!

These are pork. Packing up and heading out now.
It is to be close to 100F today. Hope the beer is cold!
