Thanks. I used corn tortillas I picked up fresh (still warm) from a local tortillaria. Yum!

Looks awesome, thanks for sharing.

This is my 2nd favorite way to use leftover pulled pork (slightly behind the PP omelettes my wife makes), I just sub out the chicken for an equivalent amount of PP.
