Default Smoked Pork Steak, Fatties and Sweet Peppers w/ pron

Low and Slow Pork Steaks - smoked for 4 hours at 225 deg w/ 2,1,1 method.

Fatties - cream cheese, diced shaved ham, colby jack cheese and JD Maple on for about 2 1/2 hours at 225 deg.

Sweet peppers - garden veggie cream cheese spread, colby jack cheese and real bacon bits on for about 2 hours at 215 deg.

Paper plate is a sample platter for my neighbor.

Looks great and the paper plate is pefect. No wash, just trash. I also like the double layer for support.
