Fired up my bandera for the summer just to get it ready with some old water damaged Kingsford charcoal. Well didn't want to waste it so went to Wally World and go a 1 1/2" angus rib eye, 6x6 piece of salmon, and 6 hot Itallian sausages. Salmon on the top, ribeye in the middle, and sausage on the bottom with the middle at about 220 for 4 hr. Also added sliced potatoes and 4 ears of corn. Just a test. After reversered seared the ribeye, made salads with the salmon, and made sphegtti with the sausage. Can't belive how good the test worked out.
