You guys are killing me. Coming here and looking at all of the holiday meals you guys are making is killing me.

Brussels sprouts?

I was wondering if anyone would catch that.

I was extremely skeptical the first time I had this salad a month or so ago. I hate brussels sprouts and basically won't eat them, but in this salad they're chopped up fresh with kale, toasted almonds, parmesan/reggiano cheese, celery and a mustard vinaigrette and it's fanfarkingtastic. Even my kids will eat it. :shocked: I used some as a topping for a pork belly sammich a while back and it really worked.
