Post Greetings from the Lone Star State

Hello Brethren!

I've been stalking this site long enough, time to engage! I was born in MN but got to Texas as fast as I could.

I thank you all for all your input and knowledge that I've quietly soaked up like a dry set of pork ribs in need of a mopping. I look forward to sharing my experience with others as it took this yankee time to find answers in the world of Texas-Q.

Started with a gasser & electric smoke. Threw them away and then to Weber kettle, then added BGE, and now in market for IVS (maybe a LoneStarGrillz or Pitmaker)...

I look forward the the continued journey.

Welcome aboard Craig, glad to have you as a fellow Brethren here.

I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". There are many people with years of experience that are willing to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction.
