Deadwood Biofuels Grilling Pellets
Has anyone used these before?
http://www.deadwoodbiofuels.com/grilling.htm What was your experience with them? Do you know what the blend of woods is?

There is a list of woods on the brochure. It does not give the percentages.

I found the brochure but it won't load for me. I thought it might be them with the issue but it must be me. I'll have to try opening it on the desktop.

That's pretty cool, I had no idea there were any South Dakota made wood pellets.

This is how I found them:
http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=152598 They are suing Traeger about their warranty requiring customers to use only Traeger pellets or the warranty is void.

This is interesting... I have a Traeger and have been using an "off" brand of pellets for quite a while that are about $4.00 per bag less expensive than the "bend over and grab your ankles" Traeger branded pellets. They are just as good, burn just as long and are obviously much easier on the bank account. I recently had to call Traeger service because I was having an issue (unrelated to pellets) with my "hot rod" (the unit that ignites the pellets). Without any question at all on what kind of pellets I've been using, they sent me a replacement part the next day. It makes you wonder if this lawsuit has Traeger rethinking their strategy out in the marketplace on the one off pellets...
