It's not me in the photo, but it is meat. I believe these guys could lift a lot more than a one pound T-bone, however.

That's cool! I'm glad the've got some good food to eat since I sure as heck don't want to be there. I did the Vietnam deal and am quite happy to be here enjoying the food coming off my cookers!
