I wanted to stop by the cattle call and introduce myself. My name is; Sean and I compete as Bayou Style BBQ. We have been competing/ cooking for 7 years. My best friend thru college (Ted) and I started this team and together have developed one of the finest "beer drinking" teams around. :wink: I am sure that I shouldn't be proud of that... I am originally from Pass Christian, MS, but now live in Lawrence, KS.
I have heard wonderful things about all the brothers on this forum and look forward to meeting/ seeing y'all out and about on the BBQ trail. Please drop by at a contest for a beer (or two) and introduce yourselves. Our team mottos is "Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler". Which translates (for you non Cajun folk); Let the good times role!
