Happy Phriday, Pholks! When I was thinking about what to cook, my thermometer slapped me in the phace. I may ignore that warning, but I am not sure what I would be cooking.

I'm sitting here at work and it's blazing hot in this plant. Little do they know I'm going to the house in 30 mins. Not feeling the work thing today. I'm going to grab some ribs, cold beer, and fire up the UDS. Have a great weekend evetyone.

Have a SRF pork loin in the frig for Sunday. Will be cooked in the PitB Barrel Cooker. Cooked chicken halves in the PBC last night. Love that thing.

Got some Phriends coming by, so gonna cook up some sausage, a couple tri-tips, chix, etc. Tomorrow gonna grind some chuck and make Phries & wings .

Dry-brining a whole chicken for Sunday, 1st cook using the French rotisserie I got last weekend.
My dad's making paella tonight, not skipping that!

It's been 100F+ all week. I'm hanging out by the pool this weekend.
Going to set up a beef cheek, shrimp, chicken taco bar tonight. Probably load up the cooler.

Mother in law is getting out of the hospital today, so with all that's involved with that I'm thinking the cookers are going to be quiet this weekend.
