You may want to add some size criteria to make it easier for suggestions. I know you can get the big Mixon Smokers in NSF. I see alot of Southern Pride smokers in commercial kitchens so you may want to check them out.

You can cook 400+ portions on a single CTO per day if you know what you're doing.
