Default Sunday Ribs

My mom asked me to smoke some ribs for her. She said that two of them were plain and one had stuff on it. She wanted to know if the ones that were plain would work. Not sure which of the 3 racks I'm gonna pick. [emoji848]

I am sure you are itching to crack open the Curlys baby backs! They are probably waaaaay better than those plain old seasoned ribs...

Ribs on here and ok. Just spent over 15 min trying g get the membrane off one rack. Finally got pissed and left it on.

Baby backs or spares? I've always had trouble getting the membrane off of baby backs.
