I don't cook in competitions, but I do have a competition with myself everytime I cook. My goal is always to do better than last time. These ribs won that competition for me.

Haha! we had a houseful today and a bunch of the kids don't eat bbq. I know, I know. I can't whoop the kids......but I can whoop their parents.
