a peel is kinda like a pizza taxi
pizza peel on wiki that pizza was done more than i woulda liked, but it was still good. the bottom wasn't burnt. the temp kinda went high to 550 where i usually bake pizzas at 420. and it was 23 minutes, where i usually bake them 20 minutes. --> do not check forum when baking pizzas unless the computer is next to the eggs! |
