Rick, got a Pampered Chef pizza stone that was a gift.
I will get probably a BGE brand pizza stone and give the bread a whirl shortly.
Your food looks outstanding for sure.

i'd try the pampered chef stone. the only stones i've used are the big green egg stones and the "pizza for two" 8" mini stones. a lot of people have cracked pampered chef stones in their eggs, but it might be due to taking it to too high a temp >500 or heating to high temps too quickly. i try to bring the stone and plate setter up to 450 gradually. good luck!
