Oh yeah. Shorties in Kalbi Marinade are definitely going on the list for another round.

I'm thinking about a 2-3-4 day marination time for the ribs. The flavor around the outside is awesome, but the kalbi didn't get into the middle very much.

Epilogue:

Crazy-arsed week here. Tonight's about the only night I'm not airborne, but we'll fix that as I administer 2 x flight evaluations early tomorrow morning. Thus, CINCHOUSE says we're short on time for dinner.

Grabbed the Vac-Sealed Pastrami, the long slicer knife, and went to town. Toasted some rye. Broke out some swiss; spread some whole grain mustard; applied sauerkraut and homemade Russian Dressing.

BossLady cooked up some sweet potato fries with garlic and cayenne, and mixed up some really nice broccoli salad... MSU.
