Starting tomorrow I have 3 smokes coming up this week:
Tomorrow is Elk Loin, not sure about how to do this but I'll make something up.
Monday is a 24 lb turkey spatched for the guys at work.
Friday is 9 slabs of ribs for the family once the ladies get back from black Friday shopping.
And with one of these I'll be testing out a variation on our competition chicken.
Should be a good week!
