Superb work on the kebab Mate. That mincer looks awesome!
I get these seasonings off EBay, mix the two together and it comes out like the kebabs from the chippy. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Buy-1-Get-...item4abf2501ad http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Takeaway-D...item27cce6c571

Agree with your statement. Had the KA attachment, it froze up while I was feeding it some meat, began to smell of wire burning. Shut it off, had the KA checked, Repairman could find nothing wrong, but I said to heck with this (not really, but envision a sailor who ain't happy) and bought a Megaforce grinder. In the time it takes to grind meat with this bad boy, the KA would still be thinking about what it was supposed to do. Gave the KA attachment to my cousin for Christmas, as they wanted one and couldn't afford it.
