Cooked up some butts and fatties for an office christmas party. Sorry, no pics of the butts, but here are two of the fatties w/ roasted red peppers and mozzerella cheese.

Very nice! Gotta love fatties and butts at Christmas parties.

I already would have pulled off that chunk of toasty cheese on top and eaten it. Those look delish!!
 
love it when the cheese starts to come out a little bit something for the cook to nibble on gotta make sure the food is just right before surving you know
 
Thanks for the post - our Christmas party is Friday. I couldn't decide what to stuff'em with, but now I know!

I typically make my own but for those that use the jimmy deans....where do you buy them? I need a couple and went to Restaurant depot, costco, 3 supermarkets and nothing
