We have a good little BBQ place in my town named Burks BBQ and they make pretty darn good ribs....and reasonably priced as well, $10.50 for a pound...which is about 7 pretty meaty ribs...they toss the ribs over the fire for a while to warm them up so they get a good grilled taste...
These have mustard sauce...their regualr sauce tastes too much like a bowl of chilli to me.

it only took 9 paper towels...but I still had to wash my hands to be able to hold the steering wheel to drive :-D
