Got a chicken defrosting for tonight. May be piri piri, maybe tandoori chicken. Not sure yet.
Tomorrow, don't know, Sunday, don't know yet.
Think it is time to do some satay again, or fish, or, or
Enjoy the weekend all!

Happy Phriday, Pholks! Not sure yet, but we finally have some cooler weather starting today. I had better take advantage of it somehow. I'm sure someone has butts on sale, so I can do something low maintenance.

Happy Phriday Phu and pharkers,
My daughter and I are heading to Alabama phor a backyard BBQ comp and chicken and pork ribs will be on the agenda. This comp has a nice payout, especially since it's BY, so I thought it would be worth a shot. Have a phun and saphe weekend, y'all's.

Going out for dinner tonight.
Firing up the wood oven tomorrow for pizzas.
Firing up the offset on Sunday for some ribs, baby backs or beef short ribs if I can get them.

I think I will give my BBQ cookers the weekend off and fire up the deep fryer. 10 pounds of catfish filets and nuggets. Have a great weekend, everyone.
