I am sorry for not posting recently, been swamped with the planning of this event. I have had some calls from you guys with questions and updates and have been ridiculed for not posting an update....So here it is:
We are just 3 days away now.
We still have tickets available, although all demo EGGs are sold out.
Here is a list of some of the cool happenings at our EGGfest this year:
- The Rub Company will be giving class on competition chicken and tri-tip and cooking it up all day at their booth.
- The Big Green Egg Demo team giving instruction on recipes from the new cookbook, possibly chimichurri skewers. and more.
- Two micro brews, Dale Bros and Tustin Brewery
- Two live acoustic bands
- To keep you on your game, a fitness expert
- Auntie Heathers House of BBQ
- Simmie J's Gourmet BBQ
- A butcher will be present and teaching about cuts and quality of meats.
Should be a fun time and tickets are still on sale.
