It is a french inspired Vietnamese Pastry. The filling is made from ground pork, peas, onions, dried mushroom, pepper a little fish sauce for saltyness. Traditionally we also put cellophane noodles (what you would use in egg rolls) but I didn't have any.

Then just wrap in puff pastry, brush with an egg wash and bake till crispy!
