Trying to get my MOINK ball cert, 1st attempt

Sunday I did my first MOINK balls. I used Adams rib rub, theb finished with a sweet bbq sauce concoction.

They turned out quite tasty, took the rest to work to share. Next time i will definitely have to make more!!

Premade just means not made right at MOINK ball cooking, right?

So one could make them, freeze/refrigerate them, then use?
