Default Phubar's Lowland Smokers @ Ordina Nieuwegein,Utrecht Pron

Last monday we had to do some BBQ catering for Ordina...an ICT company where Brethren CustomMidnightSmoker works at.

We made MOINKS,Picanha, wraps with Terrace Major and some crumble for dessert.

When Padawan and I arrived there was allready duckbreast and beePhsteak waiting for us to lunch up.

We had set up our own tent but later on it began to rain and some very heavy wind was showing up.
We decide to break off our tent and move our equipement to the bigger and more sturdy tent.

There was also another Phranchised catering company, they supplied some salads,Phrench bread, peanutsauce and pre cooked meat.
The idea was for the guests to cook the pre cooked meat on the gas grills themselves.
