Default Presidents day Beef back ribs

Just put them on. My butcher always has the beef ribs that do NOT have all the meat cut out of them. I'm using some B&B Oak Lump in the basket with some Oak sticks for smoke.

Those are some bad arse looking ribs! Hooked on beef backs after my cook last night. No butchers in the area that will not trim to the bones....some even cut in between the bones a bit to maximize the profits.

What times dinner? You look like you have enough to share.

She's holding steady at 230. I put them on at 11:30 a.m. I may go 5 hours, but we'll see how they look when I wrap them up.

Looking good! I found some beef back ribs yesterday that were cheap and seemed to be reasonably meaty, so I'll be doing the same here soon.
